By accessing or using the OwnNest platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and OwnNest Financial. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2Scope of Service
OwnNest provides a digital comparison and eligibility calculation platform for home loans.
- We are not a lender, a bank, or a financial institution.
- We do not issue loans or make credit decisions.
- Our algorithms provide estimates based on the data you provide and the latest bank-specific guidelines.
3Fees and Payments
Audit Fee Disclosure
OwnNest charges a nominal **₹99 (Ninety-Nine Rupees)** audit fee to unlock the full Home Loan Comparison Report. This fee covers the cost of deep-matching your profile with banking algorithms and generating a downloadable, bank-ready PDF report.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- The report fee is non-refundable once the calculation is processed and the report is generated.
- We reserve the right to modify the fee at any time with prior notice on our landing page.
4User Obligations & Accuracy
The accuracy of our report depends entirely on the information you enter (Income, EMIs, CIBIL, etc.). You agree to provide true, current, and complete information. Providing false data may lead to inaccurate results or rejection by our partner banks.
5Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the respective banks. OwnNest does not guarantee that you will receive a loan from any bank mentioned in our report. Bank interest rates and policies may change without notice."
OwnNest shall not be liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the platform or reliance on the comparison report. Our liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the individual report (₹99).
6Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
